YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In our projects you take on independently advising our clients. By implementing customized solutions you create added value for our customers.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Development of innovative and future-oriented concepts and sustainable Solutions
Take an active role in project development and project success
Cooperation with IT members and business-process owners
Analysis, review and implement even customer-specific requirements and company-specific organizational solutions in SAP HCM
Support in the application and problem solving of defined, customer specific business processes
Design and delivery of high quality solutions through technical development by ABAP
interface for business process owners and promote the development of new functionalities
Development of documentation for systems and processes
Development and management of project plans

YOUR PROFILE

Project-related experience as a Business AnalystVery good knowledge of SAP HCM
Experience in business analysis and project Management
Strong analytical skills
The ability to link business processes with technical skills in order to define system requirements
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Willingness to travel
Good team player, competent behavior
