The history of PSO

At this point we would like to document and present our company history:
  • On february 2nd 2007 Sebastian Selent and Michael Wortmann founded the Selent and Wortmann GbR in Munich. The first goal was to unite consulting and product development within the ERP sector in one strategy.
  • On july 7th 2007 the SWSC GmbH was created from the Selent and Wortmann GbR. In september of the same year, the SWSC GmbH moved in to Hohenlindener Str. 1, where the commercial property is still located at this day.
  • On may 1st the SWSC GmbH founded a subsidiary called pso GmbH, whose aim it was, to establish a distribution in order to make progress with license sales.
  • In 2009 the license business was extended with consulting spectrum on Microsoft products.
  • On september 1st the pso GmbH was merged into its mother SWSC GmbH. At the same time, the fusion was renamed to PSO GmbH. Based on this name, a new corporate identity was designed as well.
  • On october 12th and 13th the company presented itself for the first time on a fair: the CRM Expo in Nuremberg.
