A short overview of the history of PSO GmbH and the important milestones.
On February 2nd 2007 Sebastian Selent and Michael Wortmann founded Selent and Wortmann GbR in Munich. The goal was to unite consulting and product development within the ERP sector in one strategy. On July 7th 2007 the SWSC GmbH was created from the Selent and Wortmann GbR. In September of the same year, the SWSC GmbH moved into Hohenlindener Str. 1.
On may 1st the SWSC GmbH founded a subsidiary called pso GmbH, whose aim it was to establish a distribution system in order to make progress with license sales.
The consulting spectrum of the license business was extended to include Microsoft products.
On September 1st pso GmbH was merged into its parent company SWSC GmbH. At the same time, the fusion was renamed to PSO GmbH. Based on this name, a new corporate identity was also designed. On October 12th and 13th the company presented itself for the first time at a trade fair: the CRM Expo in Nuremberg.
PSO moves to Garmischer Str. 8 near Heimeranplatz in Munich. The new office location offers a lot more space and is much more central.
PSO founds and becomes a stakeholder in the sales company Alligate AG. The aim is to pool expertise and as a single-source supplier to improve market presence and increase sales efficiency.
